The strength of Le Utopia lies in its ability to strike a balance between practical functions and aesthetics. It optimizes the original layout and maximizes the use of space to meet the needs of daily life. The design techniques employed create an interesting and unique style, offering a special visual gradient that sets it apart from other residential designs. By seamlessly integrating the outdoor scenery with the interior design, Le Utopia blurs the boundaries between the two, creating a harmonious living environment.
Le Utopia is realized using only healthy and eco-friendly materials. Premium materials that meet the most stringent international quality requirements are used, ensuring a safe and sustainable living space. An advanced heat exchange system is also introduced to maximize air convection and maintain a high indoor oxygen level. The attention to detail and commitment to quality is evident in the nearly two-year journey from design to completion.
The project site for Le Utopia measures 1977 sq.ft. Located in Hong Kong SAR, China, the design project started in May 2018 and was completed in February 2020. The design team, led by Monique Lee, meticulously crafted every aspect of the design to create a space that exudes elegance and quality.
One of the major features of Le Utopia is the mega image of the iconic Big Ben at the entrance. This striking element adds a sense of leisure and serves as a focal point for the space. The use of gentle stone grey as the theme color resonates with the natural scenery outside, creating a calming and harmonious atmosphere. The dining and living rooms, with their French windows, enjoy abundant natural light and offer a panoramic sea view. The marble stone furniture and patterns further enhance the breezy ambience, while the earthy tones in the master bedroom create a soothing mood ideal for relaxation.
Le Utopia has been recognized for its outstanding design and creativity. It was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category in 2021. This prestigious award is bestowed upon designs that exhibit strong technical and creative skills, incorporating best practices in art, science, design, and technology. Le Utopia contributes to quality of life improvements, making the world a better place.
